A question for people up to there eyes in debt?

Why do you TRY to spend more money than you earn.
If you earn £400 a week you can NOT spend £405 a week

What a dumb question, if even the smallest and basic house costs 45,000GBP then what are you going to do ? live in a cardboard box until your 405GBP amounts to 45,000GBP... think of something more constructive to ask nextime...

• well it depends what you spend it on if your bills cost £405 and you earn £400 then thats why... A LOT of people earn £250 a week and it's pretty tough to live on that and they don't buy non essentials... so when they need something ' a washing machine' or school uniform they borrow the money and then they have to pay it back but struggle...
  
  If you buy designer clothes and cars yeah what do they expect but honestly there is so many people living in 'poverty" in the UK I think you should re-think your attitude!
• Hey the last few years people were encouraged to buy - buy - buy to get finance for anything they wanted. It is only those that were cautioned by others (who were in the know because of past experience) that don't today have a large debt. Give them a break.
