Ebay - requesting their total payment . . .?

Im am new to ebay and a sign has come up saying 'Buyers have requested their payment total ' what does this mean and how do I send them their payment total? thanks

It means that you have sold something and the buyer wants to know their charge. If you go to "my account" "items sold" there is a drop down menu and it will allow you to send a "bill" to the buyer.
