How do i transfer money from one card to another?

believe it or not but i have a friend who has about $20,000,000 USD and he wants to give me 200k, how do i go about transferring the money? i have never done a big Transaction like this before, will they stop me and look at my current situation seeing as it is such a big transaction?

That's ridiculous, you are telling me that your friend has 20 mill but he doesn't know how to do a wire transfer ?

All he needs is your routing and account number but before you give it to him make sure there is no money in your account, or open a new account with a few dollars balance only for this transaction. With that numbers they can transfer money to the account or they can take it out

  It all sounds a bit dodgy to me. How well do you know this 'friend'? And are you in the same country or different? If you live in different countries, you would need to transfer the money using a foreign money trading company, such as Moneycorp, who will transfer the money at that days rate. But your friend would require your banking details - which is always a risk - and with the amount being so large, it may be subject to certain checks.
  If you live in the same country, he/she could just give you a cheque payable to yourself, which again may be subject to certain checks once it is paid into your account.
